Where do you ship?


We currently ship within the U.S. only. We will usually ship within same business day if paid before 12:00 PST (excludes weekends and holidays). Expected ship time may vary and is based on seller's order cut-off time.




What is the Returns Policy?


If you have a concern with any of our products, please send us a message. We will be happy to provide usage assistance and discuss all your options with you.

Any product may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within 30 days and a refund or credit will be provided for the purchase price of the product. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, but refunds, credits or exchanges will not be granted after 30 days.

We 100% guarantee the purity and freshness of our products from spoilage before the best by date when stored properly as well as delivery of goods free of damages to product or packaging during or prior to transit. Items damaged by customers upon or after receipt will not be returnable.




How should your products be stored?


All of our products are considered to be shelf-stable, meaning that they are able to be stored for long periods of time without spoiling. As a precaution, however, some of our packages are ‘Store in a cool, dry place’ recommended, especially after opening. For example, our Spriulina powder does not have to be refrigerated; but after the package is opened, storing it in a cool, dry place such as a cupboard will help extend the powder’s shelf life, especially if you do not use the powder within a few months.

Where are your products from?


You may find each product’s country of origin on their own product page’s photos on our website. We source from trusted worldwide producers and all organic products are certified organic.




Do you test for lead?


Yes, we require testing for all our products, regardless of country of origin.




How much is shipping?


Shipping is FREE for all USA orders.




What is the prop 65 warning label?


Sometimes you will see a product for sale that has a label with a warning along the lines of the following: This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm. These warnings are required by California labeling law Proposition 65 (or Prop 65 for short), which is meant to notify individuals in California of exposures to Prop 65-listed chemicals. Certain listed chemicals, such as lead, are widely distributed through the environment in air, soil, water, and rocks. As a result, these types of chemicals are often found in commonly eaten foods and throughout the food supply even though these chemicals are not intentionally added to foods or nutritional supplements.
