Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. only.
What is the Returns Policy?
Any product may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within 30 days and a refund or credit will be provided for the purchase price of the product. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, but refunds, credits or exchanges will not be granted after 30 days.
We 100% guarantee the purity and freshness of our products from spoilage before the best by date when stored properly as well as delivery of goods free of damages to product or packaging during or prior to transit. Items damaged by customers upon or after receipt will not be returnable.
How should your products be stored?
All of our products are considered to be shelf-stable, meaning that they are able to be stored for long periods of time without spoiling. As a precaution, however, some of our packages are ‘Store in a cool, dry place’ recommended, especially after opening. For example, our Spriulina powder does not have to be refrigerated; but after the package is opened, storing it in a cool, dry place such as a cupboard will help extend the powder’s shelf life, especially if you do not use the powder within a few months.
