Matcha Green Tea Powder

Blend ½ teaspoon into 4-8 oz of water or milk, and adjust to taste for a richer, more vibrant cup.

• Sift the powder before mixing to help prevent clumping
• Add a small amount of liquid first, then whisk until smooth
• Use warm, not boiling, water for the best texture and flavor
• Whisk briskly or use a frother for a smoother blend
• Add milk, sweetener, or ice after the matcha is fully mixed
• Store in a cool, dry place
