A creamy, high-protein chocolate treat

Ingredients
6 oz plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp honey (to taste)
Optional
Pinch of sea salt
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Add toppings like fruits or nuts and seeds
Instructions
Combine base ingredients
In a small bowl, add the Greek yogurt and cacao powder.
More cacao for deeper chocolate flavor
Mix thoroughly
Stir well until the cacao is fully incorporated and no dry pockets remain. The mixture should look evenly colored and smooth.
Sweeten to taste
Add honey and stir. Taste, then adjust.
(Optional) Enhance flavor
Add a pinch of sea salt and/or vanilla extract, stir, and taste again. Add additional toppings of your choice.
Serve or chill
Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate 10–15 minutes to let flavors meld.
Tips
Replace honey with any kind of sweetner of your choice. Check out our website for sweeteners!
Drizzle some peanut or almond butter over the top for extra protein. If you have a nut allergy, simply swap in a creamy seed butter instead.
