A quick and delicious mixed berry smoothie

Ingredients

Optional

  • Bananas

  • Chia seeds

  • Peanut butter

  • Vanilla extract



Instructions

  1. Add ingredients into a blender

    We like to add solids first, then liquids and finish with the powders and sweetener.


  2. Blend until smooth and creamy


  3. Taste and adjust sweetness/thickness

    Add more honey for sweetness and greek yogurt or frozen berries for thickness.


  4. Pour into glass and enjoy immediately!


Tips

  • Replace honey with any kind of sweetner of your choice. Check out our website for sweeteners!

  • For extra protein either add a banana or some peanut butter!

  • Chia seeds or flaxseed are perfect for fiber and a little nutrition boost.
