A quick and delicious mixed berry smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
Handfull of green veggies of your choice
3-4 tbsp of greek yogurt
1 tbsp of mushroom blend 7 in 1
2 tbsp of beet root powder
1/2 tsp of tumeric powder
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp honey (to taste)
Optional
Bananas
Chia seeds
Peanut butter
Vanilla extract
Instructions
Add ingredients into a blender
We like to add solids first, then liquids and finish with the powders and sweetener.
Blend until smooth and creamy
Taste and adjust sweetness/thickness
Add more honey for sweetness and greek yogurt or frozen berries for thickness.
Pour into glass and enjoy immediately!
Tips
